QtiPlot is fully available in Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish and partially translated to Czech, Greek, Japanese, Russian and Swedish.
By default QtiPlot uses the locale settings in order to choose a start-up language, but it is possible to change the language at any time using the preferences dialog.
It is possible to force QtiPlot to load a specific language at startup using the following syntax from the command line:
qtiplot -l=xx filename
where "xx" is a valid locale. Providing the name of a project file is optional.
This screenshot shows how to start QtiPlot in French from a macOS terminal.
